The prop and extension was removed to check bolt torque and everything was nice n tight. I will need to have the engine running again for UL maint. and oil cooler temp testing so on went the extension and prop. The extension bolts are 7/16" and were torqued to 43ft/lbs. The Prop Bolts are also 7/16th and were torqued to 23ft/lbs, all according to the manuals. I did rotate the prop 1 bolt to the right in attempt to clear the exhaust pulses and according to what I "feel" is the powerstroke, I may have it this time! We will see here soon.
