I've laid 2 - 2" plies of bid tape on the outside of the spar onto the fuselage per plans (step #13). 12 strips total. I also laid over them pieces of suran wrap to keep them wet while curing. I Also noticed the o235 mount has mounting points that aren't quite at a 90 degree angle to the longeron extrusions I have. This fits the original plans ok, however with the upgraded mount and extrusions I am having made, I will be adding thicker triangles to the longerons to bring each mounting point to a flat 90 degree angle.
