Brief Description:  New Pump and Ethanol lines

The leak I found from Pump #2 was substantial and I can't see how it all of a sudden came on unless the fitting was on the verge of failure. After removing the pump assembly and bringing them home for re-work, I found that Pump #2 had stripped threads. Most likely from me trying to torque it down inside the airplane when it was leaking last time. The Pump assembly also isn't the best setup but that's what I expect from Europeans. :)
Know that I knew I had stripped pump threads, I went ahead and installed a new pump that I had ordered by accident when I ordered the engine. Thank God as it would have taken a million years to get a new one from UL Power.
I also took this opportunity to install new fuel lines that are rated up to 100% alcohol and will not be affected by ethanol. The lines are Barricade CARB lines from Gates and have been used with great success among the Rotax crowd. I read that the lines that came with the UL Engine "might" be ok for ethanol, but I'm not willing to risk a leak all over my passenger at 10k feet up.
The new assembly included new pre-filters as well and was re-installed and ran for 5 minutes to ensure no leaks. Ready to rock n roll with ethanol.
