Brief Description:  I can't believe I have to do this

Thank you again Mr. Post Cure for rippling my perfect strakes and nose. I now have to bring back the deadly primer dust and overspray to a perfectly clean shop and interior finished airplane. I will also have to spend forever taping off EVERYTHING to avoid things like "spraying my $17,000 avionics suite." Thank you.

Amazing how imperfect a surface is when you take a little sandpaper to it. At this point I'm convinced that there is no such thing as a "low spot free" long ez. Doesn't exist. Never will. In fact, I'm blocking down the fuselage to a satisfactory condition which I'm SURE will change over the next year's flying and heat cycling. However, there were some REAL obvious low spots. 4 in fact, that needed filler so now was the time.
Now, the Good news was that even though I sanded hard with 180 grit almost all over, it didn't break through to glass hardly at all. This means only 1 sealer coat will be applied all over, and the other places will get 2 or 3 to cover the filler and glass, but a line won't be visible at all. My only concern is making SURE everything is taped off REALLY well. Overspray on my interior would be worthy of suicide. lol. Kidding.
Tomorrow will be a very important day dedicated to my favorite saying, "Attention to detail."
