Good news today. I found that the delams on the longerons were in an area that I added X-30 foam and 1 ply glass. This means that there is NO structural concerns. So I grabbed my Dremel and routered out the delamed glass, filled it with Z-grip, sanded it down and now it's ready for primer. :) Fun.
