Brief Description:  Interior paint complete

The canopy aside, the interior paint work is now done. I understand that FLAT paint sheen feels chalky to the touch and I don't want my airplane feeling like the walls in my house. I found that I could use a white scotchbrite pad and then 3000 grit to get a nice even smooth feel without removing hardly any of the surface. Really just buffed it. The problem I ran into were the tape lines. I went after the sharp line edges with 600 grit which did the job but removed too much material. Blowing through in a few spots meant either re-taping or taking a SMALL brush and doing a lot of touch up work. While I Love the nice tape lines, they are very raised and will wear down quickly. I opted for touch up in these spots and it took about 2 hours going back and forth between black and pearl. The lines are "ok" now but I'm more interested in flying then having sherwin williams sponsor my paint job. I'm calling it done :)
I threw in the seats and trim as well as the panel for a sneak peak.... LOVE IT>
