Brief Description: Mission: Get pretty, pretty dirty
The bird is on it's final hours of being on it's back. Tonight she got 3 coats of final primer. In all honesty, there are a few low spots that I am disappointed to find but I'm debating how important it is that I Tackle them now vs, before paint. I just don't want to get to the point of painting and have a huge spell of laziness and paint over a spot that really really isn't ready for it. Jury is out for tonight. I'm sure I could fill, prime and wet sand all within a day if I decide to go for it. but....ugh.
On another note, I took this rare opportunity to add filler to the turtle deck. This area will be a PIA to get perfect, ESPECIALLY if I have to add filler and sand upside down. This way gravity is allowed to help me out :)
UGH. ok, I just decided to go ahead and fill, contour and spray those low spots. LOL. Perfectionism... But I have to be wise with my schedule because at 6:30pm, she gets flipped!
