Brief Description:  Wet sanded and ready for grey

Having a routine is a great thing, except for when you end your day early and think it will be fine. And then you get a rush of energy and MUST continue the work! :) Back into the shop I go.
The primer at this point has only been curing for maybe 6 hours but I'm too bored to sit around and wait for it so I decided to wet sand :) 180 grit all over in prep for the grey primer coats.
I am almost convinced that after a couple more low spots are filled, I will be able to prime with grey and consider it the final prime. However, I haven't been able to get THAT good yet. I've always needed the perfect prepped surface before spraying final primer. I'll cross my fingers here and see how it goes in the morning :) However, I will say that I am MUCH more pleased with the contour than I expected it would turn out. My attitude was, "this is the bottom of the plane, I'll work harder on the top." Nope, I can't just BE lazy in my finishing work. It doesn't sit well with me :)
