I first spent an hour block sanding the 2nd skim coat down exposing a few obvious low spots that will get Z-Grip soon. I then sanded down the additional micro on the aileron that fills the gap where the new cut line was made. My only main concern at this point is that this aileron is VERY close to being out of balance and is already over 7lbs. I will do everything I can to balance it prior to adding weight. crossing fingers and toes......
