Go ahead, shoot me!!!!!! I just cut out and bonded VARIEZE Vortilons on my LONG ez! SHAME SHAME SHAME> LOL. Instead of going into the rebuttle, I'll leave the conversation at this: Test flights will be the proof in the pudding. :)
I also resorted to bonding them to the leading edge of the wing permanently under flox corners and 1 ply Carbon BID. It looks really tacky to have them bulky and bonded on with RTV. Never sat well with me in the cosmetic department. HOWEVER, I understand the argument in the event that someone breaks one off, BUT, still there are ways around that too.
I'd like to note that the vortilons are located at the BL called out for in the canard plans and at 67 degrees as well. Their just....smaller :D
