After several hours of trial fitting everything in place I was finally ready to drill the holes where the bearings will be attached and where the brackets will be positioned on the fuselage. According to the plans, these brackets were suppose to be part of the arm rests, however I like the idea of having the option of reparing or replacing the arm rest without having to modify the brackets if in the future I need to. I want a rock solid control system that is independant of the consoles and here it is curing with flox. Take note: I have made my brackets 2x as thick as the plans state for strength due to the mod. The next step will be to glass over the brackets with 2 ply BID onto the fuselage sides.
