Today was one of those days that I couldn't move faster than about 10mph. Just a slow day I guess. But productive nonetheless! I am nearing the point of interior paint and need to get all the construction done first. To attach the passenger head rest panel, I opted for 4 hard points using nutplates and #8 screws. These were made of 1/8" plywood. I carefully aligned the hardpoints and panel to the ideal location and marked it in sharpie. I then removed the assembly, added 5 minute flox to the bottoms of the hardpoints and press it in place for a quick cure. After 5 minutes I pulled the panel out, removed the tape and will now need to go back and use Real flox and 1 ply BID on each hardpoint. Tomorrow will be fun...
