Brief Description:  Pilot fresh air vent

Yep, I finally decided how I'm going to get some of that fresh air to my face. I located the center of the naca vent forward of F22 by about 6" and below the canard about 6". This location will allow the 1.5" scat to run just above my toes then on down over the iLevil and into the Aveo air vent. At no point in time should the Scat come near anything else. I was originally wanting to place it on the left side of the nose but I'm thinking it may cause some tight spots "when" I install that GTN650 down the road. Behind the left side of the panel is really cramped and I want to avoid that. After mounting the vent with 3 rivets to hold it tightly in place I filled the cavities with REALLY dry Micro. It was barely wet enough to spread but that is what I wanted. There was a lot of empty space to fill and I didn't want to use foam and then have to glass again so Dry micro it is. This endevour has also given way to the planned location of my pitch servo which should comfortably mount on the right side of the fuselage ahead of the panel where there is a LOT of room. Just above the elevator pushrod. We'll see. That will happen over the next couple of days.

Note: TODAY marks my 2 year anniversary on this build and just over 2000 hours. I'm seeing light at the end of the tunnel :D
