I've decided that a great way to gain access to the throttle and trim is to have a removable console cover. This cover will double as a way to label the trim and throttle positions. after a few hours of marking, cutting, and triming I'm content with the template I've created that will be sent off to the metal guy :) I'll most likely be using a very thin piece of 2024 and rounding the edgesto flush with the console top.
