Brief Description: Sanding passenger thigh support
After following Cory Bird's Finishing method of an airplane called "Symmetry," I've decided to use his technique rather than Rutans'. Ironically Cory worked for Rutan but was able to solve the problem of having hundreds of "pin holes" by simply laying down 4-6 layers of pure epoxy on top of a 36 grit contouring of the surface. Today I sanded the support down to 36 grit on all surfaces and will be getting my practice done on a part that can take a few screw-ups. :)
