I took my panel that what roughly cut out of .090 aluminum and spent 5 hours getting it cleaned up and lined up to a nice symetrical fit inside the cabin. It's a compromise between CNC perfection and blending it to fit the slight imperfections inside the fuselage but at this point it's as good as its going to get and I must say it's pretty darn close to perfect.
