Brief Description: Spar closeout and sump airfoils
What an Awesome day. It's rare that I'm able to accomplish so much in one day. I was really stoked to install the wing bolts permanently. Well 4 of them at least. The inboard bolts may get the same C Channel install as well. It will depend on how many times I think I'll be removing the main wings.... Jury's out. I then laid up 2 plies of Bid stretched with tape for a level layup. I then made up a couple duct tape dams and poured X-30 over the aft portion of the sumps where air will most definitely separate if not airfoiled. This foam was easily shaped into a much better airfoil that will continue into the cowling. After shaping I laid up 1 ply of BID over both and peel plied.
