Brief Description:  Underside foam and glass

When measuring the incidence of the main wings I was able to get both wings REALLY close to each other and noticed that I had almost NO room to adjust them up or down while keeping the strake and wing lines flush. As of right now I had to remove almost 1/4" of glass and foam from the underside of the left strake in order to bring it flush with the wings' airfoil. This is not a problem as this section is not structural but I did need to obviously add at least 1 ply of glass to cover the exposed foam. I opted for UNI as it is thinner than BID which will give a little more room to work with when filler is added. The leading edge however turned out 1/4" shorter than the wings leading edge so a substantial about of flocro will be added to fair that in.
For now I added a strip of foam in between the wing and spar on the lower side, and glassed with 1 ply BID tape. After cure I will be ready to Flocro and Fill. Hopefully I will be tackling the other wing before my wife leaves for Afghanistan next month. 9 months with NO helper will SUCK! I'll be knocking on neighbors doors. :)
