The Cross Flow fuel line is finished. Tonight was a huge success installing the fuel tank vent lines. The only deviation from the plans was the routing of the line inside the tank. I opted to run it along the sides and baffles to add attachment points, otherwise is 100% Rutan. I will also be adding an airfoil to the vent lines above the turtle deck for less drag. After all the lines were in place, flox was added and 1 ply Bid tape. I also added 1 ply of BID to any other flox intersection that wasn't completed on the Cross Flow line. I'm pretty happy with all the bends especially because I didn't have a high tech tube bender for the job. I will say though that I am EXTREMELY happy that I'm using Braided Teflon fuel tubing for the entire fuel system elsewhere. Bending hardline the RIGHT way takes a LONG time and this fuselage is cramped as is. :)
