Brief Description:  Fun Re-work

While I was at work today, I was going over the work I did last night on the Transfer fuel line and it hit me that the passengers shoulder blades would be pressing on the line during high G maneuvers. And while deforming the line that is sitting under 3" of memory foam seems far-fetched, I didn't like even the thought of fuel leaking due to a crushed fuel line. NOPE. no chances here.
The solution was to move the line up 1" onto the 45 degree leading edge of the spar. Unfortunatley, the line that was put in last night would be too badly deformed and damaged in the removal process to re-use again. So I cut a new 108" section of tubing, prepped and installed it where it should have been placed last night and now all is well. I also had time tonight to layup 1 ply of BID over areas where the line is bonded to the spar. After cure this transfer line will be done. :)
