Brief Description:  More baggage please!

There's no way I'm going to build a $70k airplane that I can barely fit a passenger and a backpack in. If that were the case I'd buy a Varieze. SOO, let's make magic here. I drew out the lines for plans baggage compartment and it was pathetic! heck no. I then drew out my own lines extending them deeper and longer. I then took the added measurements, calculated the volume and came up with an awesome solution!: I have now added .8 cubic ft. per side which means the backpack has more than enough room and I'm only losing 12 gallons of fuel. 12 gallons might seem like a lot, but with my fuel burn being under 8 gallons per hour this means I will have 40 gallons and 5 solid hours of flight time. Personally at 190kts I can go anywhere for fuel and I sure as heck won't want to sit in one position for more than 4 hours straight. Perfect comprormise in range and baggage capacity. I don't plan on putting extra weight into the baggage compartment which means I now have a lower gross weight and more utility if I need it. Booyaa people!
After all this joy I also decided to cut out the fuel sight gauges because they are as stupid as John Denver's custom "reach around" fuel valve. This now extended the elbow room for the passenger another 4 inches or so on TOP of the 5 that I did at the beginning of my build....I need to find someone to fly my plane so I can enjoy this back seat :)
I cleaned up all the lines, used the fein tool to make a nice little flox corner trench in the foam, and I am now ready for first layers of BID tape. coooooollllll.
