The second set of canopy latches will connect onto a hook that is floxed into the canopy rail. The technique used was the same I used for sealing the fuel lines inside the sumps. I drilled a hole just large enough to receive the oral syringe that would inject flox into the cavity inside the frame. I then drilled a small 1/16" hole at the highest point of the cavity allowing air to flow out. When the Flox reached the vent hole, the lower hole was taped over. Using the aluminum tape to seal off the lower openings will also keep the painted surface clean from epoxy mess. After 3 days cure, filler and paint will be added for a nice clean installation.
