Brief Description:  WOW WOW WOW

Man was today a Blast! I started by meeting up with Marty Harrison from Harrison Avionics out here at the airport. Big awesome stuff happening with that company :)
He had a camera with him so it meant a nice "missed approach" was in order. Now this is the first time I've had the airplane this clean so I didn't know what to expect. WELL, remember my 190lt "die happy" goal? Well. I came within 1 freaking knot!!! 189 WOT at 500ft MSL! GAHHHHH! 1 more knot! I will find that knot! WOW, that's all I can say. I had no idea this airplane, with only 160hp would be this fast. SHEESH, oh and That was only at 3080RPM. I still have freaking 220 to go! Come on Catto!!!

The second part of my day was the total opposite. 4500-5500 ft of blissful AP flying for 3 hrs. Man, without AP I would lose my cool flying in circles so much. Set the direct to airport, and push go. Multiple legs are a breeze. It gave me lots of time to text message too :) oh and setting up the AP servos to 100% torque fixed all the issues. The gain is still low on the pitch servo, but it really needed that torque boost. Now it's perfect..in my opinion. And the best news is that tomorrow I will get another 3 hours in which takes me to 25hrs DONE! 40 here I come!
