I had the awesome opportunity to put 2 more flights on 316NM today. The good news is that the airplane is NOT out of trim as I first thought, but it does require a "hair" of right rudder to keep things straight. Fortunately I think I can solve this by simply adjusting sweep. This also took away the rolling issue that I thought I had. My wings are GOOD! BUT the bad news is that oil temps are still sky high. Better than before but not by much. Next rainy day, a Plenum box will be made that connects to the naca intake. If THAT doesn't work, then a scoop will be built which WILL work. I'm just glad to know that I don't have a list of 100 issues to work on :)
On a side not, I got a visit from a couple locals that thought they saw a UFO land at the airport. They pulled off the freeway and stopped by to see the alien ship was just an EZ....I'm gonna love this bird :) Oh and my 2 landing were....perfect :) :)
