Brief Description:  Del Seal fail

So I had all the lines made up and the coolers ready for install. However after running the engine for 10 minutes I had lost 3 quarts of oil right out one of my fittings and on to the hangar floor. GAH! After removing the leaking hose end, I found that my Del Seal inside the fitting had got lodged into the wrong position before I was able to torque it down. This allowed for a massive oil leak at the fitting. I removed the del seal, re-torqued the hose end to the fitting and NOW we're in business. 3 new fresh quarts of oil and no leaks. I'll be adding RED RTV to the forward cooler face and installing these bad boys for good. Should be able to test fly her in no time! And just in time for a good 100 degree OAT day :) If this works, the oil woes will finally be a thing of the past.

Update: Went back to the hangar, added a new RTV seal to the forward cooler, a couple small dabs of RTV under the large power and ground wires for protection and this setup is ready to fly tomorrow.
