I've given up on ducting the oil cooler exit air out the bottom of the cowling. This was the second attempt showing very little improvement in cooling. I laid up 2 plies BID over grey tape and will be adding the dry micro tomorrow to flush out the bottom of the cowl once again. That chapter is closed. After tomorrows test flight, unless large improvements are made using the naca duct vane, this bird will be getting another oil cooler. And since the oil capaciity of the engine is too small due to poor engineering, the extra oil will be a good thing. Moving on...
