Soon as I removed the peel ply from the fiberglass, the fuel began to flow. I'm not sure how fuel is being transfered into the right sump at this point unless it's a slow leak inside the fuel selector. Could be it. But the 2 pin hole leaks at the bottom of the sump definitely didn't cure up. I've drained the tanks again and this time will allow it to drain for a couple days and I'll fill those suckers one more time.. ugh.
