Brief Description:  Let's do this

4 hours of upsidedown sanding and glass work. Nasty work let me tell ya. Who needs to hit the gym when you're building an airplane? lol. I was able to pinpoint 4 pin hole leaks today with one being the primary problem that I've been having. It was tricky because it was traveling through 2 layers of skin. I added almost 4 plies to each of the leaking areas as well as wet flox to kill this problem once and for all. However, 2 of the pin holes will need to be filled after the sump is completely drained and dry as you can see in the pic, it's still draining. The layups I did today will cure tonight and all day tomorrow before I move ahead. Saturday I'll lay up the rest of the glass and by Monday I'll fill the tank and let her sit over night while I check for leaks. Any additional leaks will be repaired before foam and glass are added. Lesson to all, use at LEAST the recommended 2 plies bid over the sump blisters during construction. I'd recommend 3 wet plies.
