Brief Description:  SkyDesign ball-bearing aileron bellcrank prep

I ordered the ball-bearing aileron bracket kit from SkyDesign. So the first order of business was measuring the distance between the bellcrank brackets in each wing. Then the bellcrank and additional hardware are measured, and the difference is what is shaved down from the bellcrank, and it should fit. Bob will take the bellcrank and the dimensions back to his shop and shave them, as he said, "square as a plaid sweater"! I am sure that's an engineering term. The hiccup we ran into is that the new brackets are thicker and need a thin-walled deep well socket to tighten the bolts properly - which I am fresh out of. We will procure one tomorrow after breakfast.

We also drilled the GIB stick for the quick-release pin, so I have a picture for this session.
