Brief Description: Baffles #2 - Continue with Cyl #4
I did some more baffle work today, and some riveting, which I last did a long time ago. Bob and I had a multi-video consult via the Marco Polo app to discuss the baffle process and some nuances with more fitting, de-bluing, and deburring being done. I spent much of the consult time working through the proper spacing of the CB-705B oil cooler brace. Even though I am not mounting my oil cooler on the baffle, the placement of the brace is vital as the baffle air seal material is attached to this part, so location matters. Over an hour of today's shop session was solely dedicated to moving this part up and down and pondering the relative merits of each placement. Frustratingly, I still have yet to determine an exact location.
