I spent time tonight removing the oil cooler and replacing the four slightly short bolts included in the hardware kit with the six AN3-41A bolts I purchased. I uninstalled, then uninstalled, and installed the oil cooler again. The first time I torqued the nuts in the back, the black anodized spacers were a little short, and the oil cooler was angling back into the firewall. I removed the oil cooler structure, bent the flanges back to parallel, placed some washers under the spacers, and re-installed them. Pesto-magico, it all lined up perfectly.
