There are a few places where the wire harnesses need relief areas, and tonight I worked on the cradle post and IBBS backup battery wiring relief. First, I removed the cradle and took off the battery and the two Garmin boxes. Then I took the cradle to the grinder and "relieved" the cradle of some metal on the right rear post. The relief should allow the wiring to bend in a gentle turn instead of a hard 90, and I tested it to make sure. Then it was just a matter of re-installing the Garmin boxes and battery and re-installing the cradle. I wrapped the backup battery wiring to add additional chafing protection and put some plastic anti-chafe on the gear tower panel.
