Brief Description: Remove panel in prep for primer
I removed the panel to get it ready for primer and finish paint. This involved removing the panel parts from the fuselage, removing all the switches, lights, circuit breakers, etc. and mechanically etching the aluminum to get it ready for primer. The chemical etching will come later, on the day of priming.
I also have an area that I need to cut out of the back of the panel to make room for the GTN650xi. I knew this would be a needed "modification" to get the GTN650xi where I wanted it and will not cause any structural issues with the panel as it is a very small amount of material being removed.
