I installed the two parking brake brackets - the one that sits under the parking brake valve as well as the adel clamp that is at the firewall. They both have adel clamps to hold the parking brake cable firmly. The next step will be to install the parking brake cable and cut it to size. I think I have decided on the location of the brake handle... but we shall see.
Bob sent me the main bracket, which was a copy of the one he fabbed in his shop. He graciously volunteered to make me one and it arrived in the mail this week. He also had instructions and helpful hints - Thanks again, Bob.
I initially had a good bend on the bracket and hung the adel clamp platform as low as the part size would allow - but after I had it riveted on, I realized that it hung down pretty low and might interfere with my feet on the rudder pedals. It likely would not have, but I didn't want to risk it. I drilled out the rivets and fabbed up another adel platform and riveted it on. I like this one much better.
