More work on the adjustable rudder pedals. I applied some white, light grease on the interior of the tubes and put the rudder pedal tubes back on then it was a matter of bolting the rudder pedal slide blocks on (delrin blocks). The assembly is then clamped down to a work surface with the rudder slide moved all the way forward touching the slide collar. Then it was on to drilling the 1/4" holes in the rudder slide bar - these are the holes that the lock pin will fit in to. The next step is to move the rudder slide all the way to the back to the aft-most position and drill a hole there. The plans say to pull everything apart and make marks where the remaining holes get drilled. Instead of doing that, I kept the parts together, measured the distance between the forward and aft holes (6 inches) and figured I would just measure off an inch at a time and drill the holes. After drilling the holes, I took apart the rudder slide bar and deburred the 6 freshly drilled holes.
