I drilled the flop tube pass thru hole which makes a hole thru the T-405 angle, T-703L Rib and the T-410 doubler. The hole is drilled to 9/16" so I had to use the unibit and go from both ways becaue the unibit steps are not thick enough to drill all the layers at 9/16".
I also made the two anti-snag parts - one of which you can see in the picture. The other is angled off of the opposing rib at 45 degrees and will be final measured/cut when the ribs are in the skin. I think I might make the other one a little longer too... we will see - but since the plans are vague with respect to these parts - it is up to the builder to make sure that the flop tube stays mobile.
