Brief Description:  Pedal controls, tube

The center tube support for the rudder pedals was still clecoed, time to rivet. Put it off to be sure there were no other dependencies and it appears to be ready.

These might have been AN470's or AN426's but it is a tight fit to the stainless steel firewall recess, so I went with the 'flush look'. Once the recess is riveted in, the manufacturer's head of the rivet is inaccessible and apparence is the issue, it's to provide an interference-free fit.

The left end of the pedal tubes rose about 1/8" with this tightened up, with no reason it would be different than it was when clecoed. There will be a 'slight' pre-load on the support when the ends are bolted down.

Still need to add a 'spacer' (washer) between the upper & lower halves of the UHM block in the center. This is called out to avoid clamping down on the tube (friction?), due to removal of material when it's cut in half. Will probably hold off on torqueing all the tube mounts for months (instument work, etc).
