Worked on the rollbar assembly, specifically the fuselage attach brackets and fit of the rollbar to same. Used a plumbline to establish distance to top of tilted rollbar (2 7/8") and height (17 7/8"). Lots of fitting and adjustments on the base of the F-631 components that attach to the fuselage bracket.
Easiest to work with the front frame removed ... and lots of patient filing and fitting. Will have to finish drilling and clecoe both the front and back halves before final holes can be drilled to mount the rollbar.
