Brief Description:  Panel replacement -

Match-drilled the RV-6 Oversize panel, (hand-cut) with the top edge of the RV-7A panel to quickly get 'factory spacing and edge' standard.

Then started in the top center and worked to both sides with a piece of 3/4 x 3/4 inch alum angle to match the shape of the RV-6 hand-cut panel edge. A re-iterative process of drilling a few holes, then removing and slotting the angle to bend between each hole. Tedious and repetitive process to get a good fit.

There is a minor interference with the customized panel braces (horizontal) and will have to trim the edge of the angle or the brace.

Need to now debur, countersink and rivet the angle to the panel.

Also cut a vent hole in the panel 'corner pieces' for the Stein custom vents. Still need to attach the corner peices to the fuselage side.
