Drilled a pilot hole in the FW for the eyeball pass-thru, then used a Greenlee punch to open a larger hole for the large punch bolt. Used the 1 1/8" punch to open the final hole. Had to use a Dremel to clean-up the hole. Deburred and straightened edges.
Drilled the hole pattern for the eyeball fitting, enlarged the hole in the eyeball to accomodate the throttle cable without pinching. Will use a sleeve to protect the cable in final assembly.
Drilled the appropriate holes in the mounting brackets for the throttle, mixture and emergency air cables.
Assembled the eyeball, but cable is about 2" too short for this configuration.
