Deburred, scuffed, degreased, primed, and painted. Hanging to dry 24 hrs. Masked the edge of the rollbar will I'll use a thin coat of Sikaflex to weatherproof rear plexi - not to retain it. Will use the plans method of blind rivets.
Removed the rollbar and mounting brackets. Countersunk 'skin screw holes' and tapped to 8-32 per plans.
