Several subpanel attach points were fastened with universal rivets, and would interfere with attachment of weather seal angle on the aft side of the subpanel. Had to remove half dozen and dimpled the holes, then rivet flush. Should have C/S a couple after dimpling, the manufactured head sits proud.
Fabricated a template of .032 AL to test movement of the tip-up hinges against the seal angle. It appears to be a minor trim above the hinge to avoid interference. This will maintain the continuos water seal on the angle.
