Brief Description: 5-pt crotch strap attach

Match-drilled the seat pan screw holes to #40 on the pilot side. Then marked, and used the cut-off wheel to slot the seat pan for the co-pilot side crotch strap. Finally, match-drilled the seat plan hole on the co-pilot side. Misc clean-up.
