Okay, it's been months. Other priorities and I finally got back to building an airplane.
Raised the table from a sitting height to standing, from sawhorses to real legs. And did some workshop cleaning and organizing, but need to get this rollbar done to be able to move forward.
Worked on deburring, scuffing, and priming the first strap and forward half of the rollbar. Then clecoed every other hole and clamped it to the table. Final clean-up drill in each hole where the rivet met resistance or canted to one side or the other, before hand squeezing the alternating rivets. Enough to call it progress - retire for the night.
