Some cosnetic clean-up, deburring, and primer paint on the rollbar brackets. Decided to make new ones to simplify the match drilling of the bracket holes. (Made bracket had threaded holes making a match-drill impossible.)
Drilled the last row of holes in the aft side of the rollbar, the row where the rear window attaches. Very careful to hold the rollbar in a very flat alignment while drilling this last row, to avoid any twisting. Drilled only to #40 on this row, while remainder was countersunk and drilled to #30.
Also removed the straps inside the rollbar and carefully drilled to #30 on other rows, and deburred all edges and holes. Final fitting of fore & aft components is much smoother, and almost ready to rivet. Time to quit and do the final alignment and assembly after primer and sleep.
