Brief Description:  F/I housing assembly

Tedious and inefficient process but managed to kill a long day with fabricating the final components of the heat vents, enclosure, lots of nutplates, and other details of the fuel injection option kit installation. Shaped up to be a very solid housing but very complex to adapt and fit.

Bent up on the manual trim cable attach to get a better angle on the cable, and routed the cable through a couple of holes (joined unibit holes), to provide a tunnel exit. Needs a little work on a cable clamp to secure the cable position.

The seat pans got nutplates for the custom attach angle and the remaining nuplates in the F-983 fuel selector housing were installed. Lots of edge prep, priming, and test fitting. It might be noted that I did NOT follow one item in the OP-21 plans, and instead riveted the fuel filter housing to the fuel selector housing. The plans call for #6 nutplates and screws. The entire housing 'should' be removable by sliding forward 1" and lifting it, once the top plate of the selector housing is unscrewed.

Took a quick look ahead on the firewall position of the TG-10 heat diverter, and will need to research.

Still need to install nutplates on the floor stiffeners for the tunnel cover to be secured, otherwise, looking close to complete.
