I do NOT want to sandwich a layer of the FI housing bracket into one of the main wing spar bolts. Instead I'll trim away the top and bottom portions of the brackets. In addition, the right and left fuel lines will pass through these brackets (once drilled out and grommets inserted).
Finally, the front edge of the seat forward floor flange will be used to attach the fuel selector plate with a custom angle fabricated from another scrap.
Recycling scrap seems to consume almost all of the 'wasted' trial and error parts created during changes along the way.
