Took the plunge and decided on Lowe's bench tools; Delta ShopMaster - 1" belt sander, 1/4HP drill press, variable spd grinder, and bandsaw.

Will need to buy fly-cutter, ScotchBrite wheel, and metal bandsaw blade.
Already have an old and reliable Craftsman compressor.
Still need lots more adjustable clamps, and probably go with a scaled down Avery RV-tools selection. After watching the 6 hrs of Orndorff construction video material and seeing what tools were used, it appears that the requirements for a QuickBuild are less demanding. We'll see.
