The fiberglass wingtips occupy the cockpit but it was clear that the seat backs were installed but not 100% completed and the seat bottoms and baggage compartment floor skins were fitted but not fastened. Baggage compartment bulkhead was installed/fastened.
Although the rudder and flap controls were on the concrete floor they appeared to have only minor rust. The main landing gear legs were still wrapped and tied from the factory. There is visible water damage to the box nearby but the owner explained that these components were set on the floor recently and there was no water exposure to them. (The box was damaged at another time.)
