Finally decided that a spacer in the in-board (Rt) aileron bracket was the only resonable and proper adjustment to raise the TE to match the flap. The other alternative would require making an off-center hole in the pivot hole.
The in-board airleron bracket had a universal rivet where an AN426- countersunk belonged. Finally got around to squeezing it, but don't have a good tool to squeeze it, and will have to see in another EAA member can assist.
Other misc shop and fairing work on the empennage, etc. Also finished riveting the Lt NACA vent re-do.Applied a coat of micro-balloons to the empennage fairing at the end of the night.
